Website With No Contact Info – Why?

Many people make great websites and then make it hard for folks to contact them. BAD!

In this day and age, it is a crime to not have a website. All businesses need one and all author/book titles need one. What makes me angry the most, is when a business has a great website and NO CONTACT INFORMATION ON IT!

What happens when you want to contact them about a question you have? There is no way to do it! So the customer or ME goes away really angry and they have lost a sale.

Would it be so difficult to have an email for questions? The biggest perpetrators? Media and press. They must think you will use the hours in the day sending them stupid emails. Here is a tip – you can throw away emails that aren’t legitimate or just not open them! SIMPLE.

Who are the dummies that design these websites? BAD use of technology. If you think it is important enough to have a website then you should make full use of it.
