Be Safe Out There!

Somebody has to do something about this! You can’t even go to Walmart anymore! Wednesday night’s shooting in a Walmart near Denver is the latest of avoidable tragedies.

You can’t even go to Walmart anymore! Wednesday night’s shooting in a Walmart near Denver, is the latest of avoidable tragedies.

Of course there was the truck/jogging trail incident in NYC. Shootings in California, Florida, England, and of course Massachusetts. And there were the truck incidents at the Christmas Fair in Germany and in Nice, France. Don’t get me started on the bombings. It is time to say stop!

It is a given that a lot of crazy people are doing the deeds whether they are terrorists or not. Of course you can’t outlaw trucks but you can outlaw machine guns. Do you need a machine gun like the wacko had in Las Vegas? We can’t even outlaw the gun converter he used – bump stocks.

You would have thought after the crazy person shooting at the Republican Congresspeople baseball practice, that our hard-working Representatives would have outlawed something gun oriented but you would be wrong. They must like being targets. Or, they can’t get motivated to do ANYTHING.

I highly resent that Walmarts are a place of potential shootings. This is Americana. We are not safe. Not that I am going to change my shopping choices but at some point, each of us has to say START OUTLAWING GUNS! This is enough and the holidays can’t be punctuated with shootings. Don’t we elect the people who pass the laws? Machine guns are not hunting guns and should not be protected by the Constitution.
