Jury Duty XIII & Some Fun Stuff

Now it's time to celebrate some fun stuff!
No jury duty Monday but I got in the mail a check for $26 for the only day of jury duty I have had so far in the first week. A government entity that is efficient? Unbelievable!
The basket painted, microwave dishes of Grants, New Mexico, are one of the best things I have seen. Microwave dishes are ugly but these baskets are WONDERFUL! These aren’t the only painted microwaves.
In Vanderwagen, New Mexico (near Gallup), at the Winfield Trading Post, the microwave dishes are painted like pottery or jewelry. The basket dishes are near the Mining Museum in Grants and were sponsored by the Arts Council, Connect 66 Internet, and Sacred Wind Communications. Talk about creative and so attractive!
Artist and cartoonist Ricardo Caté has the best Ugly Christmas Sweater this year. His homemade, “My Really Ugly Christmas Sweater” shows Donald Trump and the famous long tie. It is also WONDERFUL!
It is WONDERFUL that the Donald was told it is not good to go to Florida while the government is shutdown. He hates the DC weather so it is about the only good thing about the shutdown. I hate that so many of the families are impacted by the shutdown at Christmas. That is not wonderful! And what about that Stock Market – Make America Poor Again!!!
It is the most wonderful time of the year!
